Abstracts

Abstracts can be submitted electronically by sending them to the e-mail address eva.havlikova@protonmail.com until 15. October 2023

The scientific committee reserves the right to decide on the inclusion of the work in the category (lecture, poster), while the author has the opportunity to indicate his preference. All contributions - lectures, posters must be prepared in ppt format.

Instructions for writing abstracts

Authors are encouraged to use the recommended terminology listed in the Glossary.
  1. abstracts should be written in English as a Microsoft Word document
  2. abstracts font: Arial 11 pts
  3. abstract headlines should be capitalized Arial 12 pts
  4. author's and co-author's surname and initial of first name without titles
  5. the name of the author who will be presenting has to be underlined
  6. institution, city and country of author and co-authors
  7. author's e-mail address
  8. abstract should contain aim, main message and conclusion
  9. abstract length: up to 400 words
  10. author needs to indicate a preference of oral or poster presentation
  11. linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the author
  12. previously published abstract will not be accepted
  13. after receiving abstracts, the Scientific Committee will decide whether a submitted paper will be selected for oral or poster presentation
  14. accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts

  • titles in Arial bold font size 12

Text of the abstract or the entire paper:

  • Arial 11 pts
  • aligned on both edges
  • without paragraph indentation
  • layout 6b before and 6b after the paragraph

The text of the post in the structure:

  • Introduction
  • The core
  • Conclusion

Under the text contact the author(s) (e-mail).
